Property Marketing

Over the past 20 years AdMakers International in support of some of the world’s most prominent property developers has been instrumental in successfully taking prestigious developments worth billions of dollars to the market.

The value of projects worked on by AdMakers in 2007/8 alone exceeds US$ 13 billion. Unlike other agencies, AdMakers specialises purely in top-end luxury goods like property, luxury automobiles, luxury boats/yachts and jets. Our client history includes some of the world’s most prominent property developers.

In our experience, being a ‘jack of all trades’ does not bode well for everyday life. There is no reason why it should work in advertising. That's why we specialise.

As a result, the agency has become the marketing partner of choice for some of the world’s foremost developers, from as far a field as the Americas, Africa, Europe, the former Eastern Bloc countries, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

AdMakers has established itself as an integral part of the marketing machine that drives some of the world’s most prominent property developments. Our involvement has become invaluable with regard to our choice of:

AdMakers International is widely recognised as the world’s leading property marketing specialist and we have many years of successive award winning to show for it.

In 2002 AdMakers was recognised as the 'World’s Best Property Marketing Agency' in the International Homes/Mercedes Benz Awards in London, winning both first and second prizes.

Also in 2002, AdMakers’ property marketing excellence was again recognised in Africa when we clinched the Silver Award in the overall category of the Assegai Awards (including all other marketing categories – not only property) for a property development.

Then in 2003, AdMakers won the 'Best Property Advertisement in the World' in the International Homes/Bentley Awards in London.

At the 2004 International Homes/Bentley Awards in London, AdMakers was rewarded with no less than three prestigious awards, namely 'Best Worldwide Property Marketing', 'World’s Best Marina Development' and 'Best Property Development'.

In 2005 AdMakers was honoured once again, this time winning the five star 'World’s Best Property Marketing Agency' award. And in the same year another five star award came in the form of the 'Best Apartment Award' at the Bentley Awards in London.

In 2006 Admakers won the categories 'Best Property Marketing' for it's Waterlake Farm development, 'Best Marina' (Eden Island, Seychelles) and 'Best Property Marketing' for Oubaai Golf Resort (designed by champion golfer, Ernie Els).

AdMakers became the world's most awarded property marketing agency in 2007 when it took a grand sweep of six awards at the International Property Awards gala dinner in London, plus a further five awards at the prestigious Las Vegas Awards. This time for categories 'Best Property Marketing - Seychelles', 'Best Interior Design - SP2', 'Best Redevelopment (Multiple Units) - SP2', 'Best Marina - Seychelles', 'Best Developer Website - SP2' and 'Best Developer Website - Eden Island'.

In 2008 AdMakers was once again the most awarded property marketing company in the world, with 8 more awards at the London, Florida and World CNBC Property Awards.

The 2008 CNBC International Property Awards were bigger than ever, with all the world’s most active property markets entering.

The awards were judged by 28 judges from all over the globe, including Wayne Hawkes, Head of Marketing for Bentley, Paul Wyatt, Head of Design for Lycos, Eric Pickles Minister of Local Government for the U.K., Diana Yakeley, Chairman of the British Interior Design Association, Sarah Purves, Designer for Laura Ashley, Helen Shield, Editor in Chief for International Homes and others.

This was already the seventh consecutive year that AdMakers International raked in the top honours at the International Property Awards, adding to the dozens of awards the agency had already received in the 'International Oscars of Property'.

During 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, AdMakers also took top honors in the prestigious Sappi Printing Awards – being awarded no fewer than 11 times for its marketing material for property developments. The excellence that eminates from the work AdMakers has produced for exclusive property developments the world over is further illustrated by these Sappi awards, which is judged across all categories, including annual reports, automotive and other print categories.

In 2007 AdMakers was awarded the Benjamin Franklin Print Award (Benny Award) in the USA for the 'Best Brochure' printed worldwide for one of its property clients. These awards attract more than 10 000 entries per annum, further evidence of AdMakers' dominance in cutting edge design and marketing collateral.
